Whether you land in Nicosia or Larnaca Airports, you will be welcomed with a “Greetings” sign once your plane lands. There will be only one exit point for the guests and you can see our welcome team member. You will be transferred from the airport to Artemis Kaya Resort. After the summit, our transfer teams will be taking you to the airport, so you will not have to worry about how to get to the airport.

Our seminars and panels will be in the conference centre of the hotel. During seminars and panels, we recommend you follow a business attire dress code. Smart casual will be our friend. For our gala, you can dress to impress as it will be the biggest night of the summit.

Our gala menu is fixed. However, if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, you can use the link below to notify us so Artemis Kaya Resort can prepare food that you are comfortable eating. There will be simultaneous panels and seminars from significant speakers on Saturday. We recommend you choose one that is more fit to your interests and attend accordingly.
